Located in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, this popup art space showcases local art, offers classes, hosts events and manages on-site professional artists’ studios. The group’s other show space is Gallery Underground within Art Underground in Arlington’s Crystal City area.
About the Arlington Artists Alliance
The Arlington Artists Alliance also offers both day and evening art classes at this location in a variety of media for all ages. Of additional interest to the community are the Studios Clarendon artist studios on the second floor of Gallery Clarendon. Open to the public during normal Gallery hours, they provide an intriguing artistic destination for area residents, employees, and visitors.
The Arlington Artists Alliance is a vital, energetic, creative force for visual art in Arlington County. The organization encourages and supports both established and emerging artists who work in all forms of visual art, without partiality toward style or trend. Its 150 members also exhibit year-round at a variety of Arlington community venues, including Gallery Underground in Crystal City, local government offices, businesses, restaurants and cafes.
